Delivery.

Our target is to deliver your item between 3 to 5 working days after placing an order.

We deliver to all UK postcodes. We do not currently deliver internationally.
​
P&P is charged at £3.58 flat rate for the first item with no additional charge for further items on the same order.
Your item will usually be dispatched same / next working day via Royal Mail standard delivery.
If your item is posted more than 1 day after placing order, it will be sent Royal Mail 1st class delivery.

We reserve the right to use alternative delivery couriers and cannot guarantee target delivery times.
For urgent deliveries, you should make us aware of your requirement before purchase, and we will

Returns
​
Faulty Items should be notified as soon as possible within 14 days of purchase, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Once the item has been verified as faulty, the customer may choose a replacement product or a full refund including standard return postage.

Non Faulty items may also be returned, provided they are in an unused condition, are complete and in original packaging. The customer is reponsible for the return postage costs, and we recommend using a signed for courier such as Royal Mail standard signed for. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been received in an acceptable condition. The item remains the responsibility of the customer until it has been received by us. Returns should be notified within 14 days of purchase, and returned within 30 days.
